Perfect location easy to walk through the city. My room was beautiful but AC was not functioning managed to sleep well regardless

The staff was not the most welcoming, very cold behaviour

Secure private parking. Good location for my purpose, I needed within walking distance to Trsat castle. Clean room. Helpful daytime reception (night one goes to next section)

Conditioner in the room kept losing connection with the remote, so first I could not switch it on (helpful receptionist came, he managed to do it), later I could not switch it off. At night again the same, so I spent rather bad night. Elevators are old, they must remember Tito. If a guest doesn’t close the door properly it is stuck on that floor. The night receptionist could not care less when I returned around midnight after the concert, she was visibly annoyed that I interrupted her chat and said that she cannot do anything, so after walking around the city and climbing to the castle I had to go by stairs to the 7th floor where both elevators were stuck. I am over 60, so it was a challenge. The lady didn’t apparently consider the option to go herself and bring the elevator down for me -no, it was my problem, not the hotel’s. It is not worth 113 euros that I paid for the night. Huge disappointment.
