Water in kettle; glass bottle water on dresser (reusable) how long was water in? Toilet door didn’t shut. Bed felt unstable. Cobwebs in room. Hair on bathroom floor when we arrived, still there on day of departure. Bath non slip mat should be provided as the bath/shower as a deep step. Quarter of toilet roll still on holder. Most of these issues could be easily overcome with a bit more attention to detail

AUThe location is perfect.. a short walk to Burford Main Street and close to other places of interest in the area. The decor was lovely, especially at Christmas time. The whole place has a welcoming vibe and is very cosy. The room we had was a good size, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The shower was perfect. We had breakfast both mornings there and found the food delicious, well presented and with enough variety on the menu. Service was excellent - welcoming and friendly.

Room was good, but regrettably right on top of the A40 with traffic passing all night. However, it could have been worse - the traffic was not loud, no sound of brakes, changing gear

It was a warm evening and so had to let some air into the room.....sadly it was just road noise that kept us awake longer that we hoped but it was expected on such a busy road into the town.
