Check in was quick and convenient. The staff was very personalable and polite. I had my two golden retrievers with me and they had a great area behind the building to walk them.

The hotel room is clean and comfortable and the hotel in a great convenient location. I have stayed here at least twice while visiting family in the Garland area. (As far as areas that could be improved: the walls are very thin. A crying and screaming baby in the next room, snoring, and people pounding/jumping on the floor upstairs made sleeping very difficult. It was disappointing that you didn’t have the coffee available in the morning that I drink. One final comment would be to hire a landscaper to clean the outside area. It needed a good sweeping and freshening up.)

"It was better than sleeping in the car at a rest stop"

The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping and I-30

The hotel smelled funky, the shower cutrain rod in my room wasnt level causing the curtain to slide to one side making it impossible to shower without soaking the bathroom floor, the front desk staff seemed to constantly be on their cell phones having their conversations on speaker for the entire lobby to hear, the garbage cans were overflowing and only the 3rd floor had a working ice machine

Our stay was for only one night, so it was tolerable. Hotel had an old and musty smell upon entering in, very disappointing. Not enough towels at all for a family of five. But the breakfast was pretty good.
