Not much to like

Staff was terrible. I paid by third party and they told me to never come back because it was too much work for them to take payment from my family member.

That was one lady at the front desk that was nice. I told them to watch the tapes I've never been treated so terribly in my life. Then they made me leave because I filed a complaint against the way I was treated because no one would listen to me. I never got my money back from booking through you even though they kicked me out November 18th told me I was trespassing after it already bought a night and I've been staying there on and off since August. Terrible place. Terrible people and no compassion no care for others. I would not recommend this place.

While and older property, it has a mid-century modern vibe. The pool and surrounding courtyard are great, including the funky 1950s tables with sunshades on the lawn surrounding the sparklingly clean pool. Our handicapped accessible room was obviously updated and very comfortable and easily navigable for my handicapped partner who uses a wheelchair, walker, and mobility scooter. The convenience of having an IHOP restaurant right on the property for breakfast and other meals was appreciated. Handicapped parking space right in front of the room was great. The location is right by the I-95 and FL-60 interchange, and there are lots of businesses, including a convenience store and a Dunkin Donuts across the highway. Downtown Vero Beach is quaint and not far away, and Orchid Island and Sebastian Inlet are not far away. This is a great place to stay, and the staff members are friendly.

The IHOP adjacent was a good point. I liked the IHOP restaurant. The IHOP has many breakfast options. The IHOP is just in front of the hotel rooms.

Everything is as good

I was locked out of my room after a long day at work and when i asked the manager why he couldn't give me a reason. I tried to just see why he felt to terminate my stay, to see if it was something i could do to fix it and he dodged me. Even booking.com reached out as well and he dodged them as too. I would seriously like to know why???? This is not how you treat customers especially not even tell them what they have done wrong to try to fix whatever it was. I paid for 2wks there to be kicked out within my second week. Haven't been notified or said here is a refund of the remaining nights or nothing. If this is how red woof treat their guest, I DONT RECCOMMEND STAYING HERE!!! The value is great don't get me wrong but to be treated like I'm a piece of trash that can be just thrown out and not with a valid reason is just unbelievable disrespectful. I know my voice is not going to make or break this location, but you definitely lost a guest and I hope no one else has to endure this kind of treatment.

Pool was nice and bed was clean. But toiletry supplies and towels limited. And when asked for batteries for TV remote was given an attitude.
