Aquarius Hotel

When you are selecting a hotel in Kas it depends on if you have a car or have to take the bus. If you have a car the peninsula to the west of Kas is very beautiful and much less noisy and crowded than getting a hotel in the city. There is bus service to the peninsula but it is infrequent and other contributors have complained about it. We selected one of the best hotels on the peninsula, the Aquarius, with its own private beach and swimming area, a large pool and whirlpool and great restaurant. The rooms have a balcony with a sitting area and a view as well as strong WiFi throughout the complex. The Hotel staff is very friendly and all speak English very well. The hotel arranged for a boat tour and they came at 9:30 the next morning and dropped us back off at the hotel later on in the afternoon. They have a great breakfast buffet with eggs made any way you like, a cappuccino/coffee machine which makes all of the usual drinks, a good selection of vegetables, meats, cheeses. They have a good menu as well as a buffet dinner with grilled meats on different nights. They have their own parking area by the dining pavilion and on street parking besides the hotel. Other hotels you have to use a common beach on the way into the peninsula or they have stairs down to the ocean with no real beach. We did not know the extent of the beach at the Aquarius but was very pleasantly surprised. We found Kas to be a much better location to explore this area of Turkey than Kalkan which is much denser and more vertical than Kas and you can only get to Kalekoy by boat. We used the very silky/sandy beach at Patara before we continued on to Kas.

Akşam yemekleri, sabah kahvaltısı, alacard menüsü, odaların manzarası, otelin sakinliği, genel olarak otelin temizliği, çalışanların kibarlığı ve yardıma istekli olmaları gerçekten bizi çok mutlu etti. 30dakikada bir kaş merkeze dolmuşla 10dakikalık bir yolculukla ulaşabilmeniz de cabası. Kesinlikle ileride bir gün tekrar geleceğiz. Çok teşekkürler.

Hotelin çok güzel bir sahili var fakat odalar çok eski ve bakımsız. Temizlik konusunda da çok rahat olamadık eksikleri vardı. Klimamız 10 dakika çalıştıktan sonra su akıttı ve bir çözüm getiremediler.

Otel, konumuna bakildiginda tek kelimeyle "Mukemmel".. Ancak hizmet seviyesi yerlerde.. Ozellikle restoran bolumu ve calisan sayisi oldukca yetersiz.. Stajyer ogrencilerle durumu kurtarmaya calisiyorlar fakat bir yere kadar.. Otelin muthis bir sahili var. Oyle ki, kaldiginiz surece baska bir plaja gitmenize inanin hic gerek yok.. Ancak aksama kadar bir tane personel gorebilirseniz, o gun sansli gununuzdesiniz. Keske otel yonetimi restoran ve bar bolumunu farkli bir firmaya verse.. Cunku gozden cikarilmis gibi.. Oysa cok basarili bir mutfaklari var. Otel yonetiminin onumuzdeki sezona acilen bu konulari cozmesi sart, yoksa bir kac sezon sonra cozmeleri gereken ciddi bir doluluk sorunlari olabilir.

Lovely hotel with great swimming. Good restaurant, friendly staff. We stayed for five days with our kids and would definitely do so again - much better than staying in Kas itself because of the proximity of the "beach" - more of a terrace built onto the rocks. The snorkeling is good with lots of sea life. There is a shuttle to Kas that comes by every 15 minutes or so but if you want to use the hotel as a base to explore the region you should probably rent a car. Highly recommended, we had a great holiday.

Aquarius otele uzun zamandır gitmekteyim.Otelin yeri , konumu ve denizi benim için mükemmel.Kendisine ait sahili olması ve sahilde imkanlarının çok olması çok olumlu.Odaları genel itibariyle küçük fakat yeterli çünkü oda dışında hemen hemen herşey çok iyi bundan dolayı oda ları görmezden gelebiliyorsunuz. Günlük Oda temizlikleri bu sene çok yetersizdi.

Great views from the room and balcony. Great mediterranean seaside loungers and restaurant/bar. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again :)
