Hotel qui ne mérite pas du tout ses trois étoiles: pas d'ascenseur chambre particulièrement obsolete avec une chasse d'eau cassée, des rideaux qui ne fonctionnaient pas une propreté douteuse, un personnel mal aimable, en clair rien de statifaisant pour un hotel soit disant 3 étoiles, je deconseillerai vivement cet hotel à mes amis entourage et connaissances

"si literie changé, hôtel acceptable"

nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit, mais heureusement! car dormir sur "une planche" .... ça ne devrait pas exister une literie aussi inconfortable. En plus, nous avons payé 100€ pour 2 personnes, sans petit déjeuner et taxe de séjour.

Séjour plaisant, Nous étions attendus et la chambre disposait du nécessaire et la literie était confortable. Nous avons bien aimé le calme et la tranquillité, pourtant nous n'étions pas seuls.

"personnel accueillant et hôtel calme ."

A notre arrivée nous devions êtres à l'étage 2 , mais vu qu'une personne à mobilité réduite était avec nous,nous avons pu avoir 2 chambres à l' étage 1 .Vraiment super et très humain. Très bon accueil aussi pour le petit déjeuner.

hôtel à Besse, ambiance chaleureuse c'est l'hôtel qui faut faire quand vous allez au ski , (intérieur décoré avec un style montagnard, du bois partout.)
