"Overall good, but having to pay for parking the car unacceptable"

Room was good, bed was comfortable, shower good, toilet needs soft close lid, no toilet brush - the design of the stumpy kettle was not good as when you poured out the boiling water, steam hit the hand. taller kettles with a lower handle is needed - Breakfast was very good, as were the helpful staff.

Having to pay extra for the carpark! That is an imposition that I found unreasonable and would put me off in the future

The lighting in the room was get and there was only one mirror, which was in the bathroom.
