Comfort Inn & Suites Port Arthur-Port Neches

The clerk was not very friendly and was on the phone at the time of check-in. I prefer to have someone’s attention when I’m spending money at their property.

This hotel is old and outdated first room bath tub was rusted and molded bathroom door didn’t close all the way….So i request another room on the way to the next 1 the front desk just left door card sitting on the counter. The hallway carpet is dirty and smell like mold never again

I left my electric toothbrush as I was rushing for a 6 AM flight. I called the same day and spoke to the manager who went to my room and found the toothbrush and said she found it and would keep it for me to pick up. On my way back, I went to pick up my toothbrush and the manager told me they trashed it. Do you people trash people's phones as well when they leave them??

I like the front desk staff that recommended room 311. Those accommodations were very nice.

The front desk clerk tried to give me room 108. This room is right next to the elevator and the staff room. It's is not for a person getting rest.
