The staff was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.

Being a golf resort, it was a bit off the beaten track, with a long drive from the public road to the hotel.

Modern amenities. Hotel set within a well maintained golf course with a long sweeping entrance allee. Very calm surroundings after motorway journey from Dublin. Great breakfast with friendly lady . Made you feel welcome.

A bit difficult to find as the hotel looks close to the motorway but is in fact on a parallel road.. but worth the detour.

Peaceful location and in general it was clean and tidy.

The bar food…. OMG I used to stay here regularly one time and when I ventured back recently at ate at in the bar it reminded me why I chose other hotels. The Bar food is miserable and the person who’s acting as a chef is fooling no one but himself. Shocking standards and the prices are well up there to make matters worse . WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

We had a great couple of days at Moyvalley. Dinner and breakfast were great. Rooms spacious and modern. Beautiful grounds and surroundings. Staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
