Clean hotel, friendly staff! Really spacious rooms. My only complaint would be there are no mattress encasements on the beds. The sheets were too small and kept slipping off and you could see bare mattress, which is unsettling.

"Brown water."

Hot water was coming out Brown. Front desk said nothing about it at check in. Tub had brown water sitting in it, so they had to have known about it.

I have a disability and my service dog makes it possible for me to travel for work. When checking in at this property the desk clerk told me they do not allow pets, even though Jake was wearinghis vest clearly marked "service dog". When I informed her he is a service dog, she became irritated and would not speak to me. Throughout the whole check in process, the woman did not say more than ten words to me. I don’t know if it's dogs or people with disabilities that she has a problem with, but either way, I was not treated in a respectful manner.

Room was spacious, staff were courteous and price was great. This was way better than the Le Meridian hotel in New Orleans, where we stayed for a night.

Had no bath towels. Called front desk was told there was no one to bring us any. Had to go down & pick them up.
