Great location near to where I needed to be for work. Staff were really nice and friendly.

This was a pretty average hotel. The breakfast could be improved with more options for children. There wasn't even plain bread for toast available. The pool is pretty small, so my kids couldn't enjoy it as well with as many guests who used it.

Everything was very nice with the exception of having to hunt for/ask for towels and toilet paper. No one came to refresh those or empty trash while we were out for the day

"Comfy suite with bar and proximity to Indy"

The room layout, the bar, the ease of checkout/check-in

The ceilings were very thin, we could hear very loud upstairs neighbors one night, keeping us up unnecessarily. We also had a slow drain and some improperly installed/cracked tile in the bathroom. The breakfast also wasn’t as good as other SpringHill Suites properties we’ve stayed at.
