Overnight front desk gentleman went above and beyond. Although , it may seem like something small to others it meant a lot to me. He went out of his way to make sure the room tv worked after I had called about it not working. It was missing a cord and everything. He found one and it started working just fine.

The couch in my suite was dirty. I used a sheet to cover it so I could feel comfortable about sitting. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Check in and check out went well.
