Da localização e espaço do quarto.

Muito mosquito no quarto, funcionários mal treinados, a limpeza dos quartos foi muito demorada, os quartos precisam de manutenção, ar condicionado não atende ao tamanho do apto.

As camareiras são umas queridas.

Falta muita manutenção no quarto. Porta toalha, porta papel higiênico, quase caindo do parafuso. Vaso sanitario com o botão de descarga com problema gerando super desperdício de água. Ralo do box entupido. Liguei na manutenção e eles disseram que não tinha o que fazer. Que o ralo e o botão do vaso sanitario era assim mesmo. Com isso pagamos para um hotel de melhor qualidade mas infelizmente entrega pouco do que cobra.

Hotel com boa localização, vista muito bonita do mar e pontos turísticos do Rio de Janeiro, piscina grande e bem cuidados, jardins bonitos e bem cuidados ao redor. O hotel precisa de uma modernização, uma reforma, ar condicionado funciona, mas faz bastante barulho, quarto amplo, com pequena cozinha , chuveiro bom, varandinha com vista, tem restaurante com comida com pratos triviais e preço acessível e um bom cafe da manhã .

Precisa de reformas.

La vista es espectacular, el desayuno es muy variado y rico, en general el personal es simpático y servicial,muy bueno el parking para los autos. Los balcones.

La mujer que nos recibió en recepción fue muy antipática y desagradable para atender( fue la única) no nos pusieron en habitaciones contiguas como habíamos pedido, el edificio es viejo y mal mantenido, la limpieza muy mala, hay dias que no nos pusieron la sábana de arriba, o nos dejaban menos toallas, sillón viejo y con mal olor, habitaciones sin gracia y muy desprovistas, perdidas de agua en el baño, lejos de lo que debe ser un 4 estrellas, ya que lo cobran y publicitan como tal.
