Odor. Overall cleanliness. Outdated. Cluttered open offices.

The responsiveness of the staff.

Track on the floor at the entrance of my room. Bulbs dead in the closet, living room and over the desk. The person who checked us offered to come change it but she was very busy. But she did clean the trash that on the floor. Also, our door was jammed. We literally had to break in the room when both of left at the same time. The gentleman offered to move us but that would have been an even bigger hassle. Our housekeeper smelled like he had just smoked weed which explain why the front desk clerk had to clean up the trash in the floor.

This hotel is in serious need of updating. The furniture was old and scratched. The safe door wouldn't close and we kept running into it. The bathroom knobs and shower didn't look clean. When we arrived one of the beds was covered in head and what looked to be pubic hair. I would not never CHOOSE to stay here. It would be a very last resort!

Great customer service

The price wasn’t bad. The room was quiet & i slept ok. There was a terrible smell in the hallway but the room itself didn’t smell. There was smelly food containers in the trash in the snack/ice room that was still not emptied by my 2nd day. The shower handle was broken & blow dryer didn’t work in the bathroom outlet & there was no counter space for toiletries. The floor was also super slippery. The staff wasn’t bad but could have been more social. Breakfast was prepackaged microwaveable sandwiches & cereal. The only hot items were the waffles if you made them yourself. Nothing special.

The hotel is not managed very well. The AC unit on the wall definitely had been broken before I got there, and no one had repaired it.
