The staff was friendly and helped me navigate a delay in my arrival and an unexpected cancellation. The breakfast were the best thing about my experience.

The room was not the quality of room I had experienced at other SpringHill locations. The pool area was not in good condition and wasn’t an environment that you would consider for your kids to play in.

Location was good...room layout was good....

A/C was not properly working...they readily had fans ready to use...the mattresses was awful...very soft....furniture very worn and scratched...

Location

This hotel had 5 floors. The ice machines were out of order on every floor except 4th floor. It was really inconvenient to have to go all the way to the 4th floor when we needed ice. Also, I suffered a very bad cut on my foot due to shower stall having a very sharp piece of tile sticking up around the shower drain. This was not noticeable just by looking with your eye. Only until I stepped on it and my foot started bleeding did I know it was there.
