A few issues: The handicapped room did not have a sit down shower seat so my husband could not shower at all during his stay. The other issue was due to booking.com. You messed up our name. When my son, Matthew Kuzara went to check in he was told there was no reservation. Booking.com had sent the reservation name as such: MattandDianaKuz with other characteristics added. It made zero sence how this was sent!

We like that the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The staff was very accommodating even through the Thanksgiving holiday. There was not a lot of noise even though the highway was nearby.

We wanted to get into the pool but it did not look very clean at the time.

The breakfast staff was awesome and the food varieties was amazing 👏

The pools area. I noticed chipped ceiling peeling paint that could be hazardous in the long run. No signs that say no jumping in pool and running alongside poo slippery when wet.. Which I saw alot of on my visit
