Do roof top

Staff não tratar do Ruido do quarto ao lado onde estavam a ter uma festa e não conseguir dormir . Pedi um desconto deb50 % visto pagar para descansar e não ouvir gritos . Não fizeram nada e nem tiveram atenção de fazer um desconto . Daí ter saido do hotel devido a falta de preocupação e profissionalimo. Pequeno almoço não ser buffet

Pésima atención en el front desk. Tuvimos que esperar por más de dos horas, para que pudieran entender la razón de nuestro requerimiento de una factura fiscal. Al final, tampoco se nos respetó la tarifa ofrecida en booking.com, y tuvimos que pagar la tarifa del día, sin importar que ya había una tarjeta internacional en depósito. En resumen, nadie se avocó a atender nuestro caso y tanto el gerente como el departamento de ventas, se hicieron los sordos.

Ubicación

El ruido en la habitación fue terrible, piso 17 no es apto para ser hospedaje, queda justo de bajo de la terraza y se siente todo el ruido de la música y el movimiento del servicio
