En ung tjej som satt i receptionen var extremt otrevlig och inte det minsta hjälpsam. Fick betala 800kr för att en extra person skulle sova i rummet, utan att han fick en säng! Hon sa att det inte gick att få tillbaka pengarna eftersom att vi redan hade varit inne på rummet, men den tredje personen var aldrig där. Väldigt dyrt för att sova på golvet utan madrass, täcke, kudde eller något. Som tur var fanns en äldre man där som gick att resonera med, vi fick tillbaka våra pengar och den tredje personen kunde boka ett eget hotellrum på annat hotell.
