This place is at best a 4 star. Hot water takes at least 5 mins to get warm. Amenities are pretty run down. Some staff are clueless Will not stay here again for sure

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff are amazing and supportive. The breakfast buffet was perfect with different dishes..but as im a vegetarian person so the chef he cook for me different food during my stay . Thank to Chef and to Cora. Regarding the location the hotel is near many malls .

We got the Deluxe suite. It’s nice and spacious. The beds were too firm and felt like a springboard. But they put foam toppers when we complained about it. The staffs were nice. They also changed the fridge that was not working. I think they should make sure everything is working before they put any guests in the rooms. I hate the bath tub. It’s dangerous for elderlies and short people in general. I guess it hasn’t been changed since the hotel was first built. It would have been nice to just have a separate shower. The hotel is next to SM Makati and Glorietta- very convenient. But I think it’s too expensive compared to other 4-5 star hotels in Makati.

The was clean and the treatments were outstanding. Miss Jess provided superior service! In the Club Lounge, Ma'am Dhane and JC were both wonderful and made sure that we had everything that we needed! We can't wait to come back! Thanks everyone!
