The room is big my 1 year daughter can play inside the room. The staff is friendly and nice. Pretty sure we book this hotel next time.
It was difficult checking in. I slid my card at least 5 times. Now I am being charged twice for one stay.
I was surprised when we first walked into our unit that the toilet and shower were in a separate room than the sink, but there was a microwave and small refrigerator in the sink area. We could not get the smart tv to work at all the first day. The second day we discovered that the Spectrum box was unplugged and there were no instructions on how to use the 2 remotes. 1 for the tv to turn it on and adjust the sound and the other to change the channels. Our room was just steps away from the Pacific Coast Highway and the traffic was extremely noisy. In the morning there was coffee and some small packaged pastries where you check in, but it disappeared rapidly shortly after 7 am. I was expecting the room to be freshened up while we were gone for the day but it never happened. On a better note the location was excellent except for the noise. Centrally located and not from the freeways and the Pacific Ocean.

Decent place, clean and in decent shape. Bed was not good. Room was large and clean. Good for a quick overnight. Economic was the key. “ breakfast” wasn’t until 7am, had to leave for airport before then. Could have easily put some food out earlier for travelers. Road noise was there, but not too bad. I’d stay again, but prob wouldn’t take the family there. Fridge and micro in room were good.
Old facility in bad neighborhood. Difficult parking.
The front desk was extremely rude. He tried to charge me twice for a room I already paid for. He would listen to anything I said. I had to call Hotels.com and they had to change the whole hotel. What horrible is that he was trying to charge me a different price that the actual room was and lied and said he was never paid. Hotels.com was great and made it easy for me to get a room last min that was only 10 mins away and called and confirmed with the hotel
Showers are horrible. No water pressure at all
