Room was clean and staff was nice. Had a hard time evening out the water it was either really cold or really hot (yes I know how to work the faucets) Breakfast was good and hot breakfast lady was very kind.

The evening shift lady checking in was very friendly and quick. So much better than what I had dealt with at another hotel down the road a few weeks ago. Hotel was clean had decent breakfast options and was in a good part of town near multiple restaurants.

"I want a refund as we didn’t stayin the property"

After calling the property 2times with no response They couldn’t accommodate my needs of being away from the traffic noise the staff was new 1 st day so she kept sending us to wrong rooms 3 times after driving 6 hours from Austin Texas we ended up leaving and driving the 6 hours home😔😱
