As per Colombia´s tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival. Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. A charge of 154.000 COP per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Wonderful Hotel in a Wonderful City"

I went to Medellín with my wife for the wedding of my daugther. At the hotel I met with the rest of my family and the groom´s family. We spent together 6 wonderful days. The hotel is very well located in a hill close to shopping malls. The hotel has a beautiful lobby, a great garden and a wonderful terrace and pool with a deck and restaurant. Also have meeting rooms and a nice gym. Rooms are very comfortable and nice views over the city. Hotel staff is very nice and made my wifw and I feel very special.

Nice room.

There’s no international news program available. There’s coffee machine in the room but only one intense flavor and one decaffeinated pod provided. When we asked more intense coffee pod at the reception. We were told that we’re allowed to have 3 pods a day—-what is this??? Staffs are generally unfriendly—-no greetings upon each arrival. We didn’t feel welcomed.
