Hampton Inn Sheridan

The stay was great but the 306 room the bathtub had some issues and the guy in the morning checking me out said oh I never know what happens with the new renovation which I found concerning how do we know if they room is good if they never check in on it… I like staying at the hotel but would like to see some more attention to those 2 areas please.

I liked that the property was right off the freeway and easy to find

The entire 2nd floor and half of the 3rd was under construction, and even the pool. Didn’t know that when I booked I wouldn’t have if I did. My two kids were very disappointed.

Everything was fine, though they had two floors under renovation. So the pool and hottub were not available. Also our light fixtures in our room were duck taped together. Breakfast was great! The pet fee of $75 is ridiculous

The room was great but rooms around us were being renovated from 7 am to 8:30 pm. Strong smell of paint. There was also no information about the pool being closed and there was rowdy guests on our floor that slammed doors, were screaming in the corridor.

Hampton Inns are our “go to” for places to stay when traveling. Staff that greeted us informed us that there were renovations and that the gym, pool, and laundry were all out of service. It would have been good to know this before making my non-refundable booking. We are ones that do go to the gym and I had intended on doing laundry. Very disappointed that there was no flag in the booking process that this was the case. Then there was no reduction in the $200 that we paid for the room. Not the Hampton quality we are use to.

Already have

We had a pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn Sheridan, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room we stayed in was smaller than expected and could benefit from an upgrade. The biggest issue we encountered was with the shower, which fluctuated between burning hot and cold, making it difficult to enjoy. On a positive note, we did see that the hotel has started renovations, so it seems they are aware of the need for updates. Despite these drawbacks, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. Looking forward to seeing the improvements next time!

Beautiful sunset, however our room (double queen beds) was not clean. Beds were not made (exposed mattress and box springs). Bathroom wallpaper was stained around the toilet (urine) and the shower had a large crack in the wall. Tub grout was gone in large area. The most disgusting chair-red with gross stains from who knows what. They never batted an eye in charging us full price.

There were small beetle looking bugs in the room. The room next to me was blaring the TV at 1:30 in the morning, tried to call the front desk to try and get them to turn the tv down…nobody ever answered. It also smelled horrible. I don’t often write negative reviews…but this place charged $230 for a room…this was a $90 room at best.

Broken glass on tile floor in pool area ! Clearly cheap owner ! Nasty rude people . Supporting illegal work force ! 971885421 Breakfast was good. The room was ok. Beds are wore out . First off front desk said it’s box elder bug season. Every room in hotel is full of alive and dead bugs . Pool was disgusting . As I went from hot tub to towel rack I stepped on a piece of glass. Glad it wasn’t my little boy or wife . I’ve stayed in Sheridan for 6 years for work and this is the only hotel that has a bug problem this time of year. They are also doing renovations and using illegals to complete the work . There is not a business sign for company nor a business trailer . Ice should stop by the Hampton . Cheap owner makin plenty of money and hiring illegal Help . Overall this is at best a motel 6 . Pretty disappointing !
