Zentrale Lage für div.Sehenwürdigkeiten wie z.B den Glockenpalast. Das angebotene Essen ist zum letzten Male besser geworden.

Wer dort im Hotel zu Abend essen möchte, sollte viel Zeit mit bringen.Wartezeit auf die Vorsuppe 45 Min.Auf das Hauptgericht 90 Min.Auf meinen Salat mit Putenstreifen lockere 180 Min.

-recht große Vielfalt am Frühstücksbuffett, allerdings kam das Personal mit dem Nachlegen bzw. Nachfüllen kaum hinterher, da konkret am Montag eine große Reisegruppe zeitgleich am Frühstück teilgenommen hat -an den anderen beiden Tagen (Samstag, Sonntag) war es wesentlich besser -wir hatten großes Glück mit der Lage unseres Zimmers (hinten zum Wald gelegen), dadurch war es sehr ruhig -es lohnt sich auch, das größere DZ zu buchen -sehr sauber

-vielleicht kann man besser informieren, wann eine große Gesellschaft oder Reisegruppe zum Frühstück erscheint -Betten waren schon etwas durchgelegen und zu weich

Schlafzimmer war gut.

Kein richtige Tee (schwarz) vorhanden. Schwierigkeiten manche Personal zu verstehen. Dusche war schwer zu beätigen.
