Liked the restaurants by property.
Great location but my room was run down, looked all beat up from the trim to the furniture. There was tape on the ceilings and bugs stuck to it. Hot tub was not working when arrived and when I asked to change hotels due to the conditions I was told I may but I would not get my money back. It was an expensive trip so we just stayed. Won’t be going back.
Lovely quaint hotel. Super friendly staff. Only issues I had there been food left in my fridge which always makes me wonder about how clean everything else is. When I got to my room for the night the TV didn't work and when I tried calling the phones also didn't work, so I had to go downstairs to get those fixed. The gentleman was super friendly and helpful explained the phones were down due to an ongoing issue they were trying to fix but helped me fix the TV right away. The charging station for phone etc. on the desk also doesn't work and there's no other USB ports so make sure to bring enough chargers. The hallways had a strange smell to them but when they cleaned and vacuumed at 9am on Monday morning it smelled better. The bar is only open Thurs-Sat which I didn't see noted anywhere and closed early on Saturday. Overall, for the price this place is nice, good location and great staff, with just a few fixes this place could be excellent.
Stayed for softball tournament. Gym was awesome with Peloton! Great customer service.

Hotel is well located for shopping, medical care, dining, and travel. It is easy to access, and hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Generous parking.
We stayed for a week and we like the location as it walkable to Craft Brewery and Restaurants. Also easy drive to Old Town Fort Collins and the mountains.
Beautiful, comfortable hotel with great staff.
First room was occupied. Second room took 3 times to get in not great.
