"Why make reservations "

I made reservations but when I arrived after driving 7hours the lady at the desk said there were no reservations so I had to pay full price for the room. I even had an email saying the date of my reservation. But at the Time my phone was in the car and I didn’t feel like going back out just to prove I had made reservations!

"So so"

Beds were hard. I could barely move each morning. Breakfast was better than some, but worse than some. Staff said they were going to change our sheets, but did not.
