Our room had a musty odor, which made us not want to spend much time there. This was surprising, as we typically stay at Springhill properties around the country and haven’t experienced this issue before. As others have mentioned, the pool was quite cold and there was no hot tub. The highlight of our stay was breakfast, it offered good quality and a nice variety of options.

Wonderful hotel, rooms were huge and very clean, only downfall is the bed was very uncomfortable.

Thanks to the honest maid who found and kept our lost AirPods! We stayed at this hotel at the nights of 07/21 and 07/28 while driving across the country to visit family at NYC. For this road trips, we stopped for 8 nights at different states. This hotel was the best! The room was spacious/clean/quiet and the breakfast was great with more varieties to choose than others. It got a nice indoor pool. What amazed me the most is their excellent Lost-And-Found service. My husband dropped his AirPods on the bed when we checked out on 07/22. We didn't expect to find it. On our return trip we checked into this hotel again on 07/28 . I asked the front desk tentatively if they had seen the AirPods. The clerk went inside the storage room and brought out the AirPods! We were simply thrilled and grateful!. Thank you!

This was a decent hotel for a family of 4 to stay at for the price. We had a suite and had no issues with anything. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff was courteous. The only thing I didn't like (which the hotel has no control of) was the area was congested almost at all times. The street that the hotel is at was full of traffic no matter the time of the day. even getting off on the exit was bumper to bumper. It can be difficult getting in and out of the hotel so just prepare for that.
