Very good location convenient to stores and restaurants. Staff was great!

When I arrive, the person at the check in desk said that there were no available rooms on the first floor. I said that was fine. Then she informed me that the elevator was not working and that I would have to carry my luggage up the stairs. I absolutely cannot do that. She finally found me an accessible room on the first floor for hearing impaired. I was glad to have the room, but I wonder why a hearing impaired person needs a room on the first floor. I wear hearing aids.

It’s the smell that gets you when you walk in then after checking in you find out the elevator is out and you have to lug your luggage to the top floor. Breakfast was cold and seemed to be left over from previous days. Ice out of the ice machine had a nasty taste to it. Just not worth what we paid for the room. Bye the way the carpet and furniture were old and stained.

Overnight stay. Ver comfortable, would stay again.

The quietness and the breakfast

When we checked in, the employee was not very friendly. Didn't even tell us our room number.... we had to look at the key folder. Didn't tell us what time breakfast is served. Didn't tell us what time check out was. She was very short.
