El personal del desayuno, del servicio de habitaciones y el restaurante de la piscina ZEN

Es un hotel demasiado caro para lo que es. He estado en muchos hoteles de cadenas con las que quieren competir (FS, Belmond, Ritz, etc) y, aunque las instalaciones son bonitas, hay muchos detalles que fallan: llamamos para reservar para comer y cenar 2 semanas antes y dijeron que no hacía falta y cuando llegamos estaban todos los restaurantes llenos, había que poner una fianza por toallas de piscina, el día de la salida y después de hacer check out nos quedamos en la piscina y luego no nos facilitaron un vestuario con ducha, etc

Instalaciones muy cuidadas y bien ambientadas en cultura asiática

El trato del personal (exceptuando camareros del buffet) así como nivel de comida no acordes al coste de estancia. Llamamos 2 semanas antes para reservar restaurantes pero me confirmaron que no era necesario. Cuando llegué me informaron que todos los restaurantes estaban ocupados todo el finde. También se equivocaron de habitación por falta de coordinación con Booking. Reglas demasiado severas en piscina para niños: prohibido divertirse.

I paid for the hotel for 1300 euros. for some reason, booking did not confirm the hotel reservation, and my money was debited from the bank account. as a result, booking replied to me that it would refund my money now, in 12 days. and so I was left without money and without a hotel. Very very bad booking service
