Great stay.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. I was very impressed by the niceness of the room considering what we paid for the weekend.

I wish the pool area was bigger/nicer but the kids still loved it!

Staff was amazing, everyone was great, polite and exceeded expectations for help. Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, and maintenance.

My husband and I with our 2 children stayed here for a second time in recent years to explore the area. We stayed 2 nights. Check in was easy and staff were very polite. Room was clean. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The pool was a bit too cold for us but the kids didn’t mind. The hot tub is out of order unfortunately. Breakfast was a plus with many options. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Great overnight stay. Loved the spacious room and cleanliness as well as all the shopping right nearby.

After arriving home after a two day stay I realized I had left two blouses hanging in the closet of my room (#106, checked out Saturday May 10]. Called that very night and the person I spoke with said they would leave a note for housekeeping who would follow-up with me Sunday morning. Sunday afternoon, after hearing nothing, I called again. This time the person answering said they checked with housekeeping and nothing had been turned in. I insisted they then go actually check the room, nothing found. No trace anywhere of my blouses. Clearly, either the Saturday morning housekeeper found the blouses and kept them, or found the blouses, turned them in at housekeeping,and someone else STOLE them. They just did not disappear by themselves. The one blouse, in particular, is an expensive silk ombré that my late mother gifted me. I had it with me to wear to my nephew’s medical school graduation as a way to symbolically include my mother in her grandson’s achievement.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. One of the greatest aspects was how friendly and welcoming and respectful all the staff were to ourselves as customers but also to one another. I believe the staff at this hotel may be the most welcoming I have experienced outside of Disneyland. We'll done. I genuinely felt they were happy we were there and were happy to be there themselves. The customer service at this hotel is a competitive advantage in my opinion. Thank you!

no room cleaning unless you have a 4 day stay...What the heck? also the room phone was not working. Just a bit disappointing. The room was clean upon arrival and was spacious.

I loved everything about this hotel.
