It was clean and the breakfast lady was friendly.

Front desk staff need to find a reason to smile and say Hello. Ned was horrible. Not normal for Hampton Inn. Shower had little pressure.

"Miserably warm in the room"

Staff wasn’t friendly upon arrival. Room smelled TERRIBLE and was musty and warm. The air never really kicked in and it was hot basically the entire time. 2 towels for 4 people Is silly. Realized we left a couple of items and called within hours of check out and they didn’t have them.

Room temperature could have been much cooler. Didn’t seem like the air was working.
