Resort Lagoa Azul

I’m staying here. Property location is very good. But when when I checking in front office. I think front office executive or what she is not taking care of Guest properly, and before she is not showing for room, I am waiting for room for reception, more than one and half hours. I have total three kids all kids sleeping time. I request the persons she’s not giving room immediately When I’ll check in the room, 602 and 603 and was very pathetic condition. There is no floor cleaning and twin bed. They are joining and one more thing, balcony door not properly, locking and cupboard door also not locking properly and bath corner is very pathetic condition so far also not clean fridge, also, not cleaning in fridge inside two numbers of egg. Is there if you want, please go and check find out. Can I call to Office lady? He told me that there is no room, sir. If you want, you can stay there, otherwise leave it. I request so many times. The swimming pool is very nice and very clean and garden. We also very nice and one more thing. Housekeeping staff also very good person. They will give nice service. in restored breakfast, not good every day, making Puri and there is no changing.. and in front of my room, too much of soil linen and some dirty attempt is keeping in front of my room outside and room also not properly coming in bedside. Total, I’m very upsetting.

This is one of the best resorts i have stayed in. Pool was amazing. They have different pool for children Locality - Peaceful at the same time located near to bagha and calangute Staff - Extremely helpful and supportive Food- They have in house tabla restaurant. The buffet breakfast is good with lots of varieties. Room - Big and spacious with coffee and tea facility, table chair, balcony Perfect place to stay in Goa

could not fault it maybe bathroom could be a little bit updated but perfectly adequate

Worst horrible experience, staff is rude.

Most staff were pleasant and helpful the hotel was was rather tired and grubby. A good clean and fresh paint would help. Overall we enjoyed our stay
