The room was adequate. It smelled a bit, the floor was sticky, and there was a stain on the sheet. Breakfast was minimal.

HORRIBLE CLEANLINESS THIS WAS DISGUSTING I FOUND THIS IN MY ROOM THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO ACCUSE ME OF PUTTING THIS IN THERE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND EVERY SPOT WHEN HOUSEKEEPING

The room smelled bad. They had tried to mask it with some spray but the stink was bad. Terrible odor. And the noise from the parking out front was relentless... car doors banging shut, the beep beep of car locks. Very noisy. The room itself was large and in good share. But the stink was really awful. Kind of nasty. Not a good stay.

It was great per usual

Beds had chest/beard hair on the sheets and pillows, toilet had (you can imagine) hair in it as well. The bed frame (metal) was visibly dirty and had a sticky substance on it as well. The smell was almost unbearable. The AC unit had a large amount of black/brown dust built up in the filter

Newly renovated and spotless.

We arrived very late and it took 20 minutes of the desk clerk on the computer to check us in (there was no one in front of us). First we were charged more than it was reserved for (he did fix it). Then we couldn't get in the room, went back he rekeyed the cards and still couldn't get in, this time waking the elderly man already in the room. Went back again and was assigned to a different room, luckily empty but was not the king bed we had reserved but two full size beds. Said something at checkout in the morning and all we got was a "I'm sorry."

RISKY! DO NOT BOOK! I complained about dirty pillows and bowel movements on 2 wash cloths left by the former guest (pictures taken). The rude manager Mr. Patel said I was "creating a problem" because I said I was reporting it to Tripadvisor and he demanded IN A ROUGH VOICE, I leave the premises in 5-10 minutes. He called the police so I called Choice Privileges Customer Service to file a complaint with no answer. At no time was I offered a stay in another hotel nor offered additional points for my duress. 3 Henrico County police arrived! THREE FOR A 5 FT. 75 year old female; retired teacher. I will dissolve my membership with Choice Priviledges and report accordingly to review sites online. TREATENING TREATMENT BY MANAGER. I FELT VULNERABLE THAT I WAS BEING FORCED OFF THE PROPERTY WITHOUT A RESERVATION IN ANOTHER HOTEL. THERE WAS NO OFFER FOR HELP. CONSEQUENTLY, I HAD TO SLEEP IN MY CAR. CHOICE PRIVILEDGE MEMBER. RECENTLY STAYED IN NEW ORLEANS AT THE MARQUEE FOR RESORT SALES PRESENTATION. Very disappointing.

Didn’t really know what to expect was told the hotel was not in the best neighborhood the room was fine no carpet which was great all hotels should rip up carpet and put in hardwood floors over all for the price the room was fine
