Honeymoon Ruined: Racism, Filth, and Total Management Failure – A 4-Star Nightmare I am writing this with a heavy heart and a sense of deep betrayal. We chose this hotel for the most important trip of our lives—our honeymoon. Instead of memories of love and relaxation, we are leaving with back pain, hunger, and the traumatic feeling of being discriminated against. 1. Systematic Discrimination and Hostility: From the moment the staff and the manager realized we were from Israel, the atmosphere changed. The night receptionist was condescending and spoke to us with zero patience, as if we were a burden. We felt a clear undercurrent of racism and antisemitism. It is 2026, and to feel unwelcome in a "4-star" hotel because of your nationality is disgusting. This ruined our sense of safety and comfort. 2. . Management Incompetence & Financial Abuse: The Management from Hell: The manager is a "Postema" (completely incompetent). The manager is completely unfit for her role. We paid for a half-board package through Booking.com. Because we arrived exhausted and missed one dinner, the manager stubbornly refused to let us use that credit later, despite the fact that they already had our money. It felt like they were literally stealing from us. She was cold, robotic, and showed zero empathy for a couple on their honeymoon. 3. Health Hazard "Breakfast" Calling this a "4-star breakfast" is a fraud. It belongs in a failing roadside hostel. • The Food: Rotten tomatoes, soggy vegetables, and dry, stale pastries. • The Hygiene: I saw ingredients that were clearly not fresh. I left the dining area feeling nauseous and hungry every single day. • The Setup: They prepare omelets on a tiny, rusty camping stove/hot plate! It’s pathetic to watch a guest pay top dollar only to see their food cooked on equipment meant for a hiking trip. 4. The Villa - A Dilapidated Relic: The photos are deceptive.

L'accueil, le confort des chambres et la vue/l'accès à la plage font de cet hôtel un cadre très agréable pour passer quelques nuits à Koh Samui !

La proximité avec la route principale de Koh Samui peut déranger. On l'entend surtout depuis la terrasse du restaurant.

Tout , l’accueil le cadre le personnel était aux petits soins. L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique, notre chambre face à la mer avec piscine à débordement, était somptueuse un hôtel de grande qualité, restaurant, compris.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und das Kissen war auch sehr ungemütlich. Ebenso ist die anliegende Straße ist auch verdammt laut.

Nicht gefallen sehr laut Verkehr Strand nicht zugänglich sehr viel Verschmutzung wird nicht gesäubert
