Fairfield by Marriott Titusville Kennedy Space Center

Property grounds not well maintained. Elevator went up but had to call front desk if you wanted to go diwn. No explanation why.

Enjoying the stay. Would definitely stay there again.

We arrived on 5 november after a terrible experience in another hotel where we check out just after check in, the receptionist was really kind and the hotel amazing. Breakfast is really good, nice position near to Space center, we advise you to book this hotel if you need to stay in titusville

My first reservation was for 3 nights, I made on Expedia. I needed to extend my stay so went to the front desk and made a reservation for one extra night. Apparently the manager on duty was confused by this and cancelled the extra night reservation, according to the front desk staff. She could have called me, but instead entered my room while I was out and left the room door open, which I found out when I returned from lunch. All of my things were still in the room! No apology, no type of consideration. Anyone could have entered my room while I was away. This is inexcusable behavior on their part. Will never stay again.
