It was clean

The WiFi wasn’t working so we couldn’t watch tv.

My husband enjoyed the breakfast. The location was great for our purposes.

One member of the staff, Michelle, was loudly and rudely berating a Veteran who was trying to check in just as we arrived through the foyer (with a ceiling leak and "caution" sign right in the front door.) We even said something to her about her treatment of this elderly gentleman (who had a Comfort Inn credit card). She said she "wasn't fin to be disrespected." Not only was he polite, but I reminded her that in customer service you should expect a fair amount of frustration. Booking.com was the problem and she kept yelling that he would have to call Booking.com. We finally got to our room (they charged my card double and had to refund) and the lock was broken on the door (would not lock), trash and crumbs under the bed, a McDonald's drink lid under the nightstand, water spots on all the lamp shades, an eyeliner on the bathroom counter and loud noises beginning at 5am. We then tried to book at the Hilton next door but they were full. I absolutely would not have stayed a second night.

Great service, great area, great staff.

No hot tub due to maintenance, no issue.

Everything , hotel wasn’t clean properly at all, my family members had to get their room changed due to it being so dirty and old looking, hotel keys kept messing up , paint chipping off the walls and on top of that the pool was closed even though I wouldn’t dare to step foot in it pretty sure that wasn’t clean neither. And this hotel has the nerve to charge a $100 incidental fee as if anyone could do any more damage to this hotel.

Unfortunately we only spent a very short time there. We were there for a wedding reception at 3:30. Checked in about 2:00 and noticed wet carpet. Had to hurry to get dressed for reception so ignored carpet for time being. While getting ready we flushed commode and realized why carpet was wet. On the way to reception, stopped at front desk to tell them since no one answered the phone. After several minutes, no one showed up and we had to get going. After reception, stopped back to tell them we never went back to the room and why. Waited twenty minutes, along with several others, for anyone to appear, told what happened and left. I’m hoping for a refund since we were in a flooded room for all of an hour and a half.

Someone manning the desk at all times would have been a good start.

Not clean and door keys did not work

The staff was very nice and accommodating.

We stayed here due to a power outage and needed a comfortable, cost-effective overnight option. While the staff was friendly and the location was convenient, the room fell short. Curtains had holes, the shower curtain was stained, the tub was chipped, and the closet door wouldn’t close properly. Our room keys also didn’t work and had to be reset. We weren’t expecting luxury, but we did expect better upkeep. With some updates and repairs, this hotel could be a much better experience.

The doors don’t unlock with key card you’ll have to sit there for about 5 minutes just to get the door unlocked, there are no smart tvs , the key card don’t work to the back door so if you want to stand out back you’ll have to walk way back to the front just to be get back in , the shower doors don’t look .. it’s more just don’t feel like typing more
