The breakfast was the only thing that was okay smh

Well let's start off with the fact the hotel had an horrible odor that was extremely horrible on the 3rd floor. On top of that my brother had carpet coming apart in his room. I stripped my bed as soon as I came in the room and there were several stains in the bed. This made my whole stay very uncomfortable but I did have fun at JSU's homecoming 🌞

The front desk lady hair was nice. The hotel offered a breakfast for guest. The hotel was available for check in.

This properties is a 1 star. The owner Mr Lee is a narcissist. My stay and experience was horrible. First the hotel has a pay at the hotel option. The night before my card was ran. The next morning, I recieved a call saying if I don’t pay in advance, the room reservation would be dropped bc it’s a busy weekend and he didn’t want to lose any money. Upon check in, the lobby was filled with people bc their keys wouldn’t work so the process to check in was long. After getting in the room, our whirlpool and bathtub paint was chipping. The whirlpool button was hanging out the socket. The light over the tub was out and the switch broken. The whirlpool cold water was not working. Nothing could be done and the answer the whole weekend was we sold out so nothing can be done. No credit nothing. Day 2, the room was not cleaned. The tub bathroom was stopped up due to plumbing issues. They didn’t clean the the tub or whirlpool so we were unable to shower. We called the front desk to get the answer that maintenance was no longer there and it’s was no rooms to move me to. The owner was called the next morning. I personally heard him say, “It’s nothing I can do about the issues at the hotel, and nothing of credit can be done”! This unit need to be shut down. This hotel is old and out of compliance!

It needs updating. Rooms are very dirty

The place definitely need updating. The only reason we had to stay here was because everthing was sold out during homecoming and I booked to late. The carpets were very dirty, tissue shoved in key holes, toilets coming up from the ground, lamp shades beat up and dirty, shower curtains dirty, old TV, microwave was dirty and burnt, one guest received 2 room because one had droppings and dirty sheets. Alot of patch work around the whole building. I will never stay here again.

Checked in from a 6hr drive at 11 pm Room Was Nasty The Whole Hotel Need A Remodel Carpet Stinks, Towels Need Bleaching, I Lysol everything down to try and sleep until morning. Toilet was backed up went to ask the front desk for maintenance an it's no maintenance man on the premises. The lady at the front desk with one tooth told me the plunger was locked up. The lady in the breakfast area was awesome

We had a good experience! Clean room, friendly staff, and well-stocked breakfast.

Customer Service was worst than I ever experience. Manager/Owner and front desk. I will never stay at another Comfort Inn.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. When I needed a chair, the staff provided a dining chair so that one of my roommates could sit properly.

The room had dirty curtains and a lamp that didn’t look clean. I even found a slug in the room. The walls were damaged, and there were no trash bins provided. The pool and bubble bath were in very poor condition and looked too dirty to use. The toilet seat was uncomfortably low. Overall, the hotel didn’t meet the standards I had come to expect from previous Comfort Inn stays before COVID.
