Ubytování ve výborné lokalitě, klidné, čisté, skvěle vybavený a prostorný apartmán. Vyzvednutí kódu (zaslán elektronicky) zcela bez problémů. Dobře komunikující recepce s níž se podařilo vyřešit i nedorozumění stran objednávaného apartmánu.

Приємний затишний готель, поруч з великим парком, від центру 10-15хв пішки. Паркування на вулиці, вихідні безкоштовно.

Схоже на те, що раніше були сніданки, але зараз немає.

Páčil sa mi moderný online check in cez platformu Alfred a zároveň jednoduchý príchod na ubytovanie formou kód na vstupných dverách do budovy ale zároveň aj na vstupných dverách do apartmánu. Súčasne musím pochváliť aj čistotu a moderné vybavenie. A toto všetko bolo dostupné za veľmi rozumnú cenu. Plus beriem ako lokalitu, ktorá sa nachádza zároveň blízko centra a zároveň blízko vily Tugendhat. Skvelé ubytovanie pre rodiny ale aj partiu kamarátov, ktorí majú chuť objavovať krásy Brna.

We stayed at Arte Brno second time. When we visited it for the first time, we liked the location, the services and the breakfast. However, this time there were changes. The hotel had been fully renovated. This was a nice surprise. No breakfast was served to tourists any longer. The doors were operated through code keys. Information was duly provided by the hosts who were helpful and responsive. We could not open the building door at the beginning but after several attempts and explanation everything got smoother. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Upon arrival we asked for an early check-in and it was done for which we felt really grateful. There is a small shop nearby where one can buy various stuff. The two parks, the Lowe-Beer and the Tugendhat villas as well as the bus and trams' stops are extra bonuses to the excellent location.

The room was not spacious enough, there was no sufficient room to place our everyday clothes and belongings. The water jet from the shower was not strong enough. Guests will feel more convenient if there are hangers for the towels in the bathroom.

Čistý skvěle vybavený pokoj, pohodlná matrace. Komunikace s hotelem, informace - vše perfektní. 5 minut od ubytování zastávka autobusu a o kousek dál i tramvaje.
