Easy check in , upgraded to a deluxe room , lovely room

Occupants by the poolside making noise until late , drunk and rowdy guests , some blocking the path to the room. Maybe have an allocated area for smoking as the smell of suki was coming into the room because they were drinking grog right outside the room. Water pressure was low .

Wanting to take showers there was either no water or no hot water. We had to call the front desk several times before being able to take a shower. Also booked a room for 4 people and there were only beds to accommodate 3. Had to talk with management to not get charged for another mattress to accommodate my family of 4 as they said “one kid sleeps in the queen size bed with you”. It took a lot of convincing to not be charged for a mattress for my kid. So be extra careful to check the ROOM PHOTOS and BED COUNT before booking your room.

Hot water system takes long to heat up.

Breakfast was good , location perfect .

Bathroom and toilets need more cleaning , lights not bright enough , lights was not working on top of mirror , black soot from mills on top of cars , needs some hoseing facilties to clean cars . Thanks

Front desk customer service was excellent. Very convenient to everything. I had a very peaceful sleep and night.
