The location was great. The room i stayed in was also nice.

Everything else. My stay was marred by the lack of understanding on the hotel's side when I made a mistake on the days I booked, and they refused to either move the booking forward, or refund me the lost night, citing "Hotel Policy".That usually translates to the manager at the current shift doesn't feel like being compassionate or understanding. I didn't use the room, and checked in at 7 pm the next day. They could have refunded me the night if they felt like it. How do I know, you ask? I work for Hotels, so I know how Booking. Com works. Take my next Locations hotel stay for example. They've agreed to waive the fee for the wrong date booked.... customer service to satisfaction. Not Daiwa though,they have to stick to rules,lah. They very generously offered a discount of $10 dollars off full price,if I felt like extending . However, I did not complain, or make a fuss as the mistake was mine. I say it again, It was my mistake to book the wrong day, and I didn't cause a fuss because I own my actions,but I still don't have to be happy about a full night's payment gone, when I didn't stay.
