Personalul a fost extraordinar de amabil, ne-au înțeles ca am întâmpinat probleme pe drum si ne-au făcut checkin dupa terminarea programului de lucru. În plus ne-au oferit ajutorul din proprie initiativa in comunicarea cu firma de închirieri auto si de tractări. Mai mult, ne-au consiliat in vederea închirierii unei alte mașini. Hotelul este foarte curat, se face curățenie zilnic in camere. Patul este foarte confortabil, iar draperiile opace sunt perfecte pentru a nu fi deranjat de lumina de afară.
