Location and staff

1. Funky smell in the room the whole time. 2. The toilet didn't flush properly. I have to pour water in, to flush it. 3. A couple of outlets didn't work.

Staff was friendly

Was supposed to have a balcony and there wasn't one. And there was no breakfast like there was supposed to be. And there was no one there after nine pm if you needed anything.

"Will never stay there again!"

Clean and comfortable

The minute we walk into the hotel to check in the lady at the front desk was horribly rude to me and other customers. The room across the hall from us yelled at each other and through out the f word all night. The was a black pit bull that Was running the 2nd floor hallway. Had to practically bed for new towels without being called a thief . The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broke. The lady who is the manager is extremely rude!!!
