The bed was so comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful.

Room was fine, bed was comfortable.

Shower fixtures were stiff, unable to open up all the way. Exercise facilities old, creaky. No breakfast.

Good size bathroom.

Was not given the room that I paid for. Two queen size beds turned out to be one bed and a pull out sofa. You couldn't use the pull out sofa because the TV stand/bureau was in the way and too heavy to move. The staff blamed it on booking.com.

How clean it is. The front desk staff are so nice.

Staff was put out with any questions. Microwave in room didn’t work (although they did replace). The room was clean but the rest of property was dirty. Was not informed that it was extended stay and that there was no breakfast included. Each time I approached staff I was told how busy they were. Waited twenty four hours for clean towels.
