The Henlopen Hotel is a great place to stay -- on the north end of the boardwalk, so it's quiet at night, and it's got the 2nd floor courtyard, which provides guests with a fabulous ocean view even if you're staying in a room without a view. The staff were all fantastic. My only issue was the thin walls between adjoining rooms -- I could hear everything my neighbors said and did.

Our room was clean and spacious. We were on the 7th floor. I didn't love that the bathroom didn't have ventilation and the water got VERY hot. But everything else was great. The staff was helpful! Great beach access.

Would have preferred to have been higher than 2nd floor .

Parking lot situation is terrible, but the location is good.

Very small bathroom. The hidabed is not comfortable and should not be used.

The room was a bit out dated, but clean. We were on the 2nd floor which lead out to the courtyard where you could sit on the benches and watch the ocean. The parking was not easy when you have a pick up truck. The spaces were small and there are not many of them.
