Outstanding location with all the conveniences of charming Fira in a gorgeous (quiet) property with stunning views of the caldera and its amazing sunsets. George, George and Stellios took excellent care of us from delightful breakfasts on our private balcony to recommendations and arrangements for anything we asked. Highly recommend 💜

This property is amazing and in a wonderful location. The staff was warm accomadating and always willing to provide guidance. If you are thinking about this property resist me just do it.

Our stay at Pantelia Suites was amazing. The views from the terrace are stunning, the suite was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to help us with anything we might need (e.g., recommendations, reservations, excursions, tips about the island).

Beautiful property with stunning views, we didn't even need to go to a restaurant to get the best views. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. They went above and beyond to help us with things like laundry, ATV bookings, and use of one of the hot tubs.

Excellent stay

Fantastic service! Arranged inexpensive airport transfers; early check-in, with a nice introduction to the local area; carefully moved our luggage; welcome bottle of wine; lovely breakfasts on our private balcony overlooking the caldera. Clean and fairly comfortable room (a bit cramped for 2 large suitcases) and nice shower. Location was very convenient to busses and walking to dining and shopping, with great views especially from patio at top level. Did I mention the great service?! Thank you, George and Stelios (spelling?)!

Absolutely amazing, from the location to the service. George was super attentive, gave us lots of information on what to do and places to go, even made reservations for us. Stelios was also great, professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic views and extremely helpful staff!

We celebrated our 25th anniversary and spent a night here and one in Oia. This worked out well, although we’d have liked to stay longer. Being in Fira is terrific for shopping and a lively atmosphere. Lots of food options. The staff were fantastic. Very proactive, contacted us before we arrived to ensure facilitation. I would recommend having them pick you up. The taxi driver charged us 35 Euros when the hotel was charging only 30, and he dropped us off at the wrong place with heavy bags. The room was very nice and well apportioned with welcome fruits and more. Breakfast was fantastic. To walk out of your room and have your own private table set with plentiful selections overlooking the water was the icing on top. Highly, highly recommend and we would absolutely stay again, next time with the rest of the family.
