Beautiful hotel in a quiet section of Fira. The views were stunning from every spot. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be sure everything went smoothly for us. Our room was clean and comfortable.

This property was honestly the best. From the moment we checked in to the time we left. Everyone on the team was warm, friendly and helpful. George made you feel so welcome and really went out of his way to make our stay special. If you are wondering - STOP - JUST BOOK THIS- it will not disappoint. The view, the room, the pool, the breakfast, the kindness and the location all 10/10. We will be back!

I would give this property 6 stars. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the exemplary service, friendliness, and attention to detail. George, the manager, exceeded my expectations and was helpful even prior to our arrival. His communication was quick and helpful. His staff is AMAZING! A special thank you to Stelios, George, Nelly, and Viitalia! The breakfast was delicious and customized for you. It was delivered to your balcony where you could enjoy it while looking at the gorgeous caldera view. They carried your luggage up and down the stairs, provided you with bottled water, pool towels, robes, and slippers. It was an unforgettable trip not only because it was beautiful but also because we were treated like cherished friends! I highly recommend and I plan to return. There were many beautiful hotels but I chose this property because of their great reviews. The staff and customer service sets them apart!

George and crew (Stelios) were amazing. Not only were they attentive, my family and I felt like we were the only ones staying at Pantelia. The location, breakfast, staff, and views were absolutely ideal. I would highly recommend!!!

Wow! 5 stars all around. The hotel is absolutely beautiful from the rooms to the stellar views of the Caldera. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. Always helpful to book activities or reservations. All of their recommendations were amazing. Also the breakfast every day was super fresh and delicious. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
