Location was good and close to the centre. Refillable water station was handy. Pillows were comfy.

The bed sheets weren't the cleanest. The lift situation is painful and slow. Also we had a very slow experience trying to check into our room and was standing around waiting for a long time at reception. The gym facility wasn't great. It had very little equipment.

Die Lage ist ideal, Altstadt, See in 10-15min zu Fuss erreichbar, Bahnhof 5min entfernt. Das Zimmer (Apartment für 2 mit kleiner Küche) war geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker. Ein grosses Plus war, dass man den ganzen Tag Wasser, Tee und Kaffee nehmen konnte.
