The floors were filthy and the dining area the same. However, the hotel was full and I did not see any help other than the front desk. Our room was fine.
I was very impressed with the entry to the hotel. Check was easy and quick. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The area is nice with shops and dining within walking distance.
