地點在車站和主要景點間，太方便了。人員服務很好。早餐品項不多，但品質好，廚藝也好，超乎預期

設備有些陳舊，牆有點薄，聽到有人在走道間聊天

J’ai bien aimé cet hôtel. Au 7ème étage. Lit confortable. J’ai demandé un second oreiller et c’était bien. Douche chaude. À 5 minutes de la gare. Attention le mont Zao est fermé actuellement. Seulement Zao onsen pour aller se baigner ou prendre la cabine pour aller skier sur les sommets. Supérette juste à côté. Petit dej sur place. Très bon wifi. Possibilité de laisser son bagage après le Check out ça m’a bien rendu service.

Il y a des travaux mais personnellement cela ne m’a pas dérangé. Petit dej jusqu’à 9h30. À 8h30 ils ne recomptèrent pas les plats cuisinés donc il faut arriver entre 8h et 8h15 pour avoir du choix. Sinon bon petit dej. Le Check in sur ordinateur quand il y a du personnel en place.

朝食にヨーグルトやフルグラ、フルーツがあって美味しかったです。寝具のマットレスや枕が丁度良くて寝心地良かった。

チェックイン機の操作や駐車券についての説明について対応が悪かったです。フロントスタッフはホテルの顔ですからね・・生意気言って御免なさいね。
