Springhill Suites by Marriott Thatcher

Our suite had an enclosed bathroom, not like the open vanity in some SpringHills. Comfortable, quiet bedroom.. Friendly Front Desk. Breakfast was OK, mostly pre-packaged. Easy parking. Seemed to be many "permanent residents."

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The pull out couch bed was encased in a frame level with the top of then mattress. The frame had very sharp edges and not safe. The breakfast was pretty lackluster. Stale muffins. No syrup for precooked waffles.

There hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great too.

Front desk staff was super friendly. I was in my room in less than 5 minutes. Room was spacious and very clean.

My stay was good my only complaint is the price of the room is ridicules the rooms are nice but not worth 320 dollars for one night it would have been nice to stay for the 3 days of my training but I can't afford it I asked for a government rate or corporate rate and was denied

The only issue was the pullout bed of the sofa was dirty with crumbs/food. Otherwise it was a good stay

Breakfast was lacking, tv service was spotty and not good.was told had a Mountain View, yea a 6 inch spot through the bushes.
